The Challenge

“As a lifelong Nashua resident, I couldn't help but jump at this opportunity to help out my town.”

Amanda SchneckPresident, Pearl Marketing

The City of Nashua wanted more people to know about their visitor accommodations.

The City of Nashua wanted to promote the free parking in the garages on nights and weekends.  Many individuals were concerned about the lack of parking on Main Street, but the parking garages were only at 50% capacity on nights and weekends.

The Solution

“It is truly a pleasure to work with a local marketing agency like Pearl. The Nashua-based team really understands our passion for bringing more life to the downtown area, and their work has been essential to the success of our campaigns. We’d highly recommend them as one of our best partnerships.”

Jim DonchessMayor of Nashua, New Hampshire

Pearl brought Downtown Nashua to life on film.

Pearl created a campaign to attract visitors to its downtown parking garages and businesses by providing convenient and free transportation up and down Main St.  Pearl Marketing created a new logo and designed marketing collateral, which included mailers that went out to 6,000 homes, posters, and garage maps. The campaign also included a video to use on the City’s website and social media.

The Outcome

Nashua experienced a growth in popularity  throughout the state.

Nashua noted promising results from the campaign.

The marketing efforts increased ridership from an average of 10 riders per night to 100 riders per night. The City also saw a 62% increase in website traffic coming from targeted pay per click campaigns.
